I highly recommend to eat at Las Polas to try delicacies of the Yucatan region if you don't have the chance to go there directly. One of their flagship fish is the cochinita pibil (pork meat slowly cooked in its jus, spices and vegetables, not spiciy) which should be tried in one way or another (you can have it on tacos, in a torta or as a main dish). The agua horchata with almond bits is also very delicious. Watch out on the sauces placed on the table though, most of them are really spicy but dishes aren't.
