McCarthy's Irish Bar Nápoles — Restaurant in Mexico City

I've been at this location multiple times and everytime is a different experience. But the most common scenario is the lack of customer service from the servers. This last time I was there with a group of friends and we waited outside because the place was full. When it was our turn to get in we were told there was no tables or space by the bar but we could stand up and float around waiting for a place to sit down, so we did. Until there was a place to sit upstairs near the bar by the wall. While up there, several tables became available and we approached four different staff members including servers to allow us taking one of those tables since we were getting ready to order food and drinks while enjoying the live band, unfortunately no one had paid any attention to us or were willing to help us in any way it was frustrating seeing other people being guided from the servers to occupy those tables even though we had been asking for at least two hours. It is very discouraging that they don't care about their customers. We decided not to order anything else and went to another place with a live band that earned or business and recommendation. 6th March update: I've been here number of times now and it's not a place I would call my local, they don't seem very welcoming at the door or when your inside. This may have something to do with strict licensing laws to how many people you can have inside but I'm here for 6 month's and won't be calling this my local. We came here for trivia night and had a lot of fun. The place was somewhat spacious inside.

Service was absolutely terrible. There was only 1 server and he was never around. You had to try and find him or go and get the things yourself.

After you ordered your food it would be either perfectly warm and nice or was served cold after sitting at the pickup window for quite some time.
