McDonald's — Restaurant in Mexico City

It's McDonald's. You know what you'll get.

The facilities, however, are poorly maintained to be honest. There's a lot of broken stuff, the place is dirty and beer often they don't have ice creams, which is annoying.

Stopped coming to this McDonald's a couple of years ago for all these reasons and recently came back just to see if they improved anything, but sadly no, things are even worse regarding the status of the building. Which is sad because this is too be very clean and nice.

Hopefully things will get better soon.

The place is still pretty crowded tho, so I doubt they're in a hurry to improve on all these things...

WARNING: burgers are so small, miniature burgers .. I’ve been to this place twice and it’s a disappointment, especially with the portions. I also order an Oreo McFlurry and the same thing happened, the cup was half full, the Oreos it was mostly a chocolate powder not Oreo cookies like in the pictures, the cup was extremely saturated with the so called Oreos (chocolate powder) it’s unbearable to eat, I told the cashier, “that’s not even full, I need the cup filled with ice cream “ and she did obliged. Ok, so it's only a McDonald's but it is a really nice place to eat. The service was helpful and swift. Two minor negatives ; the food was not as hot as it should be and there were a few homeless children in begging for food and money. I don't really have a problem with the latter, they were homeless after all, very sweet, not a bother and were only wanting not to be hungry! Worth a visit, have something to eat and help those less fortunate than you are. I only dropped one star because of the barely warm food, no...
