Don’t go there if you don’t wanna get robbed!

I went to eat with my parents on July 13th, 2024 at around 4:00 pm to have a family time. Everything was going great until we got the bill. We saw an excessive amount in the bill, I took the time to cross check it with the items I knew we ordered and I realized that there were more items than the ones consumed.

When I asked the server, whose name is Renata, she only modified the amount to pay with her cellphone, but she never modified anything else.

This was a disgusting and awful experience for me...

La comida en si no está mal, lo que está pésimo es el servicio, la mesera era pésima, cuando llegamos el gerente nos atendió y nos acomodo en un lugar cómodo, pero cuando la mesera tomo nuestra mesa la experiencia realmente cayó al suelo, primero se presentó como toda mesera, se fue como por 20 min y regreso a preparar la salsa, la salsa no tenía sal y prácticamente era puro chile medio martajado porque al querer moverla y ver qué tal estaba había un chile prácticamente entero, después de darnos la salsa a los 40 min se digno en ir a tomarnos la orden, una vez que le dijimos que queríamos se tardó otra hora en llevar la comida, la verdad yo veía que los meseros (hombres) eran más rápidos que está mujer inútil, y no es machismo, he ido a otros restaurantes en dónde las mujeres son muy buenas en su trabajo, pero está mujer se concentraba más en atender una mesa grande que a nosotros, ya que después de nuestra comida se tardó otros 20 min en llevarnos las bebidas, luego nos llevo bien poquitas tortillas y cuando pedimos más, tuvimos que pedirle dos veces más las tortillas y nunca llegaron, por lo que decidimos pedir las tortillas a uno de sus compañeros, 45 min para unas tortillas, lamentablemente después de que llegaron las tortillas ya nos habíamos acabado la carne, posteriormente pedimos la cuenta y está chica se tardó 20 min en ir y en lugar de darnos la cuenta nos ofrecieron una membresía, le dijimos que no la queríamos y que solo queríamos la cuenta, y se tardó otros 25 min en darnos la cuenta, por lo que tuvimos que llamar al gerente y comentarle la experiencia, pero igual nos quitó las ganas de ir nuevamente a ese restaurante, la verdad si van, vayan con tiempo porque para dos tablas de carne, cuatro cervezas, tres vasos de coctelería, y guacamole se tardó...
