The owner Jane and her mother are incredibly friendly and they love what they do. The torta I had was a sencilla with red chilaquiles, beans, cheese and crema. La torta de chilaquiles que me sirvieron era simplemente increíble. El pan estaba tostado a la perfección, crujiente por fuera y tierno por dentro. Al abrir la torta, me encontré con una generosa porción de chilaquiles bañados en una salsa roja picante y llena de sabor. Los chilaquiles estaban bien sazonados y tenían la cantidad justa de crunch, lo que agregaba una textura deliciosa a cada bocado. Además, el queso desmoronado por encima le daba un toque de cremosidad irresistible.

Lo mejor de todo fue el precio de esta increíble torta de chilaquiles. Considerando la calidad y la cantidad de comida que recibí, el precio era muy razonable. Fue una comida satisfactoria y abundante que valió cada centavo. Sin duda, es una opción excelente para aquellos que buscan una opción económica pero deliciosa para satisfacer su antojo de chilaquiles.

No puedo dejar de mencionar el café de olla que acompañó mi comida. Era simplemente delicioso. El aroma a canela y piloncillo llenaba el aire mientras disfrutaba de cada sorbo. El café tenía un sabor robusto y una dulzura natural que lo hacía perfecto para complementar la intensidad de los chilaquiles. Sin duda, fue un acierto por parte del lugar ofrecer un café de tan alta calidad.

En resumen, recomiendo encarecidamente probar la torta de chilaquiles con salsa roja en este lugar. No solo fue una opción deliciosa, sino que también fue una gran relación calidad-precio. Los chilaquiles estaban llenos de sabor y la salsa roja tenía el nivel perfecto de picante. Además, el café de olla complementó maravillosamente la comida. We stopped by here today and BOOM! One of the best Fortas we ever had in our lives. The owner was full of positive vibes and polite! We were going to go to the other lady who does these but since the rating were better here and the other place runs out we decided to buck the system and try this! We were not let down.
