Staying at the Frida Boutique Apartments during our trip was definitely a highlight! It was such a pleasure returning to our apartment after a long day of exploring. It was comfortable, cozy, and has a rustic-modern-trendy style that we loved. There are so many perks I want to mention. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. We stayed on the 5th floor with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, lounge area, a living and dining area, and the best part was a staircase leading to our own private terrace/deck. I enjoyed my morning coffee and breakfast and also did some leisurely reading in this space. The staff provides breakfast daily: fresh baked pastries, fruit, and coffee on the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for filling our tummies before heading out for the day. The hosts are incredibly friendly, attentive, and so accommodating. Rodrigo was the main host during our stay and simply the best! Housekeeping comes on a daily basis and will provide you with anything you need. The apartment is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, an iron, complimentary water, and a cocktail bar (you will be charged for certain items). The apartment was immaculate, clean, and comfortable. It is obvious it’s been renovated and even the furniture is great quality. You can tell the management put a lot of time and effort into the interior design. The beds are a little on the soft side so if you are used to sleeping on a hard mattress, it may be a little getting used to. The end of the street to the apartment is closed off. The front entrance is gated with security (who by the way are nice guys). Uber is easily accessible and there is an OXXO convenience store just steps from the street entrance. Coffee shops, restaurants, Starbucks, are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quaint, lush, and green. I cannot say enough great things about these luxury apartments. It made for such a wonderful and cozy stay and we highly recommend to anyone traveling to Mexico City. Thank you to all Frida Boutique staff! P.S. The photos do not do justice to this magnificent space.

If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. You will hear people above you walking at all hours of the night because of guests coming and going. Also, when I emailed the host, Martha, she didn’t have a solution and then ignored my second email. Otherwise, Frida Boutique by Viadora is on a quiet and lovely street. The two people (Alfredo and a woman) at the front desk were amazing. The location was perfect and walkable to the parks and lots of cafes and restaurants. The hotel was nice but definitely used and needed some updates.

Loved the location of this boutique hotel! Rooms were very neat and clean, comfortable beds and loved that the master bedroom has its big bathroom and a bathtub. The place really feels like home and it is so spacious too! Staff was amazing! They helped with anything we asked and simply went above and beyond for us (we rented 3 apartments). The rooftop is so cute! Will definitely recommend it to friends and family that travel to Mexico City!

The Frida Boutique Hotel in Mexico City was a perfect base for our stay in Mexico City.||It is a small luxury boutique hotel in the vibrant Condesa neighbourhood. Condesa is an exciting neighbourhood surrounded by lush greenery, boulevards, cafes, restaurants.||There is only one room per floor. There is a small entrance with a painting in the likeness of Frida Kahlo ( her imagery was prominent in the hotel ) as you exit the elevator. Special touches such as fresh flowers and locally roasted coffee made our family feel like we’re in our own apartment rather than a hotel. ||Our apartment was very spacious and bright with a living room, dining room , fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer. A long hallway leads to two comfortable bedrooms each with a luxurious bathroom. One bathroom had a deep soaking bathtub. There is a well appointed workspace with desk and lounge chairs if you are inclined to work or study. My son used this space to study for his math test upon his return to Toronto. ||The interior design was top notch with intricate details in all the furniture , bedding, textiles, wall covering, millwork and even the cutlery and glassware. It was so lovely to sit and relax on the velvet covered couch in the living room. ||Expansive floor to ceiling windows and balcony provided a view of the quiet street. Frida Hotel is located in a private residential street with a security guard. ||There is a small well equipped gym and a lush roof top||Patio with views of the Condesa neighbourhood.||Our stay was indeed more special with the professional and welcoming service of the staff. Covid protocol was strictly enforced with sanitizing and cleaning of the common rooms and apartments. The concierge was ready to help if needed and the managers , Emmanuel and Rocio were outstanding. They organized a reputable lab personnel to perform a pre flight Covid PCR test in our room. Rocio was also very helpful to secure reservations at restaurants and soccer tickets. ||The Frida Boutique hotel exceeded my expectations in personal attention from staff, design, comfort, health and safety. We were so impressed we decided to try another...

From the moment we started our journey with Viadora's Frida Boutique Stays, we were met with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Our adventure didn't start as smoothly as we had hoped due to an issue with our booking. However, the hospitality manager's prompt and understanding response quickly turned our concerns into satisfaction. Their customer-focused approach shone brightly, setting the tone for what was to be an exceptional stay.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff whose warmth, kindness, and efficiency made the check-in process a breeze. Our apartment, perfectly suited for our family of two adults and two kids under 10, was well-appointed and exceeded our expectations. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to ensure our comfort and convenience.

The housekeeping staff deserves special mention for their exceptional dedication to cleanliness and order. The apartment was cleaned daily, to a standard that can only be described as immaculate. Their phenomenal effort played a significant role in making our stay comfortable and worry-free.

The location of Frida was simply perfect for our family's needs, providing easy access to local attractions while serving as a safe, peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Combined with the outstanding staff and the quality of the rooms, it contributed to what was, without a doubt, a superb stay.

Our experience with Frida was a testament to the power of excellent hospitality and customer service. We are immensely grateful to the entire team for making our stay not just a trip, but a cherished memory. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again, confident in the knowledge that it will be nothing short of...
