Highlights included the Serrano ham croquettes, roasted lettuce salad, Serrano rice, and crab tostadas, all of which were excellent. We also tried the vegetable rice with solomillo (similar to filet mignon), but unfortunately, the solomillo was rubbery and difficult to cut, making it nearly inedible. When we brought this to our waiter's attention, he promptly involved the manager to address the issue. However, this is where ZERU fell short. Manager Eduardo Vargas approached us in a condescending manner, trying to explain beef cuts and undermining our dining experience and intelligence.
On a positive note, our waiter, Jesus Arredondo, was delightful, courteous, and knowledgeable.
