Overpriced for what it is. The food doesn't live up to its appearance in pictures or on other tables before you order. The sirloin hamburger was just a thin ground beef patty with no flavor. The Alfredo spaghetti had ham, which wasn't mentioned on the menu, and the server argued with us that Alfredo pasta is supposed to have ham. Well, maybe Alfredo pasta includes ham in Tepoztlán, but in other parts of Mexico or the world, it doesn’t. We ended up ordering another Alfredo pasta without ham, but besides still having a piece of ham, it wasn't eaten because a bunch of flies were flying around it and got caught in it. If I could give a no star to management I would! Service from other waiters was really good the young kids waiters treated us good, but the managers main ones try to scam us when they said the card wasn’t working we waited 30 minutes for him to go get another machine so he can swipe the card, before that he wanted us to transfer money to him! I said no because why would I have to transfer to the account! Lugares como este deberían tener vergüenza de brindar servicio al cliente, pero precisamente es lo que no tienen: vergüenza. El servicio es de lo peor. Tardan demasidado en servir, sirven los platillos a destiempo, educadamente esperas a que sirvan a todos para empezar a comer, mientras se enfría la comida, pedí la parrillada, me sirvieron una carne vieja, dura, corriente, aparte de que tuve que comerla fría, mi acompañante pidió una hamburguesa, tardaron demasiado en traerla, pero nos dimos cuenta del por qué, tuvieron la bajeza de salir a comprar la hamburguesa a la calle, le trajeron una hamburguesa aplastada, super flaca y fea con papas fritas con aceite rancio, solo ofrecieron una coca de lata de "cortesía", por la tardanza, y para rematar te traen la cuenta con precios super inflados, y por comida fea y aparte una hamburguesa que ni siquiera cocinaron ellos. Si valoran su tiempo y su dinero y se quieren evitar pasar un amargo rato, no vayan a este asqueroso lugar. Todos los comensales salen quejándose.
