We had a reservation and we were waiting for everyone in the table to arrive. Meanwhile we were completely ignored after we were offered us something to drink (not even a snacks while we were waiting). I noticed that the people that came after us was given some snack and we were ignored. When everyone arrived we were asked if we were ready to order our food without any snacks.
I am glad that there is another brand in Queretaro but that makes a deficient service for the Brand in Yucatan.
Honestly I recommend you find a better place where you can eat traditional food from the state of Yucatan because it does not worth the service...
