Last week, I visited your establishment and was shocked by the poor service we encountered. It started when I called to reserve a table for five and was hung up on three times by your staff. Frustrated, I sent a family member to make the reservation in person. He was placed on a waiting list and told the wait would be 30 minutes, yet we are still waiting for a call to be seated. When I arrived, I decided to take my family to Cantina Palacio instead. They seated us immediately and provided excellent service. I feel my cousin was unfairly stereotyped and mistreated. I ended up spending over 8,000 pesos at the neighboring restaurant and was glad to do so because of their exceptional service. I I came here to dinner one night and this place really surpassed my expectations. I had a full three course meal and everything was wonderful. I had a soup to start and then a pork dish for my main and then for dessert, churros and raspberry gelato. All the food was great. The wait in the location was insane. We literally watch people come in after us, just a party of 2, we watch people come in after us, be seated, and order, and get their food before us and we ordered before they even got seated!! Don't know what happened, but that was very frustrating. Steak was cooked to perfection and the onions and potatoes very so sweet and succulent. Great food but the service ruined it.
