Visito este restaurante en promedio una vez a la semana, por comodidad y cercanía a mi área. La mayoría de los alimentos son aceptables y el ambiente entre clientes es bueno. Desafortunadamente, he notado que la calidad en la atención por parte del personal (meseras, cajeros y gerentes) es cada vez más déspota, dista en mucho de la cordialidad con la que se debería tratar a un cliente y no aportan nada para generar el deseo de preferir este lugar. Es muy desagradable ver y escuchar casi en cada visita al gerente “regañando” a los colaboradores a su cargo frente a los comensales. También, en una ocasión, una de las meseras me exigió dejarle mínimo el 15% de propina, siguiéndome hasta la caja para corroborar que yo lo hiciere (esto ya ameritaba una denuncia ante PROFECO).
