Buce-Burger — Restaurant in Nayarit

What an experience. First Uber took us to the wrong location but thankfully google maps was correct. Second the restaurant is completely outside. The gentleman cooks on a wood fired grill over a drainage ditch and then the tables are out in the grass around him. It’s like having a delicious burger picnic. The service was spot on we never needed anything. Cans of beer and soda to start and then the monster sized burgers arrived. We got the basic burger and added bacon. Lovely family operated roadside restaurant! The aroma of the burgers cooking on the wood fueled griddle draws you in for sure! The wine and the beer could’ve been colder, hence the 4 star but really, it was all enjoyable! I reserved on Messenger, but somehow it didn’t transfer over to their books. No problem though as they sat us at the only table left when we arrived. (6:30pm on a Monday) More tables opened up within 15-20 min as well.

Do not go if you are hungry now. Went twice after seeing the reviews. Both times were a similar poor experience. They prioritize take out orders over dine in. If you arrive after 7pm you will be waiting a long time for your order. We waited an hour fifteen for two burgers and some wings. Food is okay for the price. Street atmosphere gets old after a few too many cars pass through and kick up dust or a kid on a motor bike whizzes by. Second time they forgot my drink....
