This place is a gem! A lovely beer garden nestled into the neighborhood, Buclas Cervezeria has been serving artisanal craft beers and good times since 2017. Our server Sal was so friendly and attentive, the beers were delicious, we also tried an incredible mezcal cocktail called the Buclas Mezcal Boost with fresh star fruit and basil that was DIVINE, cheers to the bartender! We had intentions of eating dinner, but the delectable shrimp tempura appetizer was so massive that we didn’t have room for more food. I went to Buclas yesterday. The beer is very good. I like IPAs and they have 2. The Compadre would compete well with the beer in Seattle. They have maybe 8-10 varieties on tap. My wife liked the stout. As far as I know it is the only local brewery local to Bucerias. The place has evolved nicely over the last few years. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great craft brewery in Bucerias!! Salvador was amazing and ensured that we were well taken care of and that our drinks were never empty. This place is truly an amazing gem in a beautiful part of the city. Salvador went above and beyond by setting us up a fan by our table and making special drinks for our four year old.
