It's been awhile since someone left a detailed review of The Green Table. It's at the best shaded pool on campus, which is ideal for anyone with sunburn. The three part pool area is wrapped around this restaurant, so it's easy to catch the attention of the waitstaff. The attached bathrooms are suitable for those in swimsuits, and they are also doorless, so there is no risk of contagion by a door handle (unlike some if the other, more formal looking bathrooms on the property). Speaking of swimsuits, this is a great balance of food quality without requiring formal attire, since you could eat it at your palapa. We had won coupons for the burgers, and this is a great place to cash in on them. This could have been the best hamburger on the resort, even rivaling The Burger Place. We each had the Green Table Burger (295 pesos) which included a beef burger, roasted portobello mushroom, cheddar cheese, onion rings, lettuce, and tomato. The onion rings were nice and crisp. There was also a small appetizer of hummus and some chips. Each page also had crisp, thick fries and a unique coleslaw.

Pretty nice! They had a mushroom dish with tofu and quinoa, and it was delicious! Let me just say, the chef nailed it. I have never had tofu that has the consistency of a very light fish. The staff was very friendly and made suggestions for my dietary needs. They actually have a couple of items on the menu that are vegan or that you can make vegan, so go for it!

An excellent restaurant in front of a beautiful pool and view of the mountains. There is a bar in side the pool so that you can enjoy your drinks without getting out. There is plenty of friendly wait staff who can accommodate almost any need, definitely a place to visit when you are staying at Vidanta.
