Eduardo is the superman taking care of the whole dining room! The best poblano chile and cheese quesadillas in all of Monterrey, and very likely all of Mexico. The kitchen is very clean and everything is handmade from scratch including the tortillas used for the huaraches, sopes, tacos, and quesadillas. I had the best cinnamon roll of my life from here and the pan elote is to die for. The cafe de olla alone is worth the visit. It is definitely on my favorites list of places to visit anytime we're in...

The ambiance of the place is definitely comfortable and awesome. There are only a handful of tables so it wouldn't take much to be busy for them. Didn't spend a long time to be seated, for our food to be ordered or for it to arrive. It may be just me as I did not care for the taste. It wasn't bad but it also wasn't note worthy. Also not sure how I feel for my food to arrive on a bag...

El lugar cuenta con una variedad muy buena en quesadillas de las cuales son muy deliciosas , recomiendo la quesadilla de chicharrón y las aguas son muy ricas , lo malo del lugar es que pues se conserva mucho el calor , las bebidas al principio están a temperatura ambiente por eso es que le ponen hielos Y el punto que llega afectar más es que te venden la idea de que lo más rico es el pozole

Porque digo esto? Llegamos a pedir una quesadilla para compartir y estaba deliciosa , cuando llegó el pozole las expectativas no se hicieron esperar y cuando llegó , pues no fue la octava maravilla ... No es malo , pero tampoco rico , entonces recomendaría al lugar vender a su platillo estrella las quesadillas o en dado caso mejorar el sabor del caldo , aclaro , no es malo , pero sus quesadillas se llevan de corbata a un pozole muy insípido que uno le agrega limón , salsa , orégano y sal para mejorar su sabor

En cuanto al sabor de las aguas son muy ricas Y las salsas acompañantes son muy buenas Si es un lugar...
