ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MTY!

I went to this restaurant and left feeling like I should write my first horror novel! Here's a summary:

Rude Waiters: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warmth so nonexistent that I thought I had entered a freezer. The waiters have the friendliness of a cactus and the charm of a Monday morning.

Bland Food: If you've ever wondered what wet cardboard tastes like, this is the perfect place to find out. Each dish seemed like an ode to the absence of flavor. Salt? Spices? Ha! Those are urban myths here.

Messed Up Plates: The food arrived as if they had prepared it by tossing all the ingredients into the air and hoping they'd land on the plate. It was like a tornado had passed through the kitchen and served me its chaos.

Kids’ Package: For the little ones, they offer a unique dining experience: the "Thrown Together Package." The lo mein came all jumbled up with a random spring roll that nobody ordered. Perfect for kids who love a good scavenger hunt... for their dinner.

I was with my son and his girlfriend and we ordered and everything was fine but then my son and I got our food but his girlfriend did not. We asked and they said 2 minutes. We didn't want to eat without her getting her food so we waited and waited and waited. I asked again and was told 2 minutes, well 20 min later she gets her food, our was cold from waiting, we ate our meals, ours cold , and at end I expected to get her meal free. It was not, I complained, but seeing as it was first time I met his girlfriend I didn't ask for manager etc, we just wanted to leave. Anyway, terrible communication obviously as cooks didn't get order, terrible service as we will still charged for her food, just terrible overall. Do NOT go here! Waiter was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was decent but no AC. It was hot. We ordered the 2 person promotional meal. Shrimp and chicken plates. The shrimp was small baby shrimp covered in thick breading. They had to overcook because of the thick breading to make it eatable but still undercooked and not very good at all.
