SAVE (San Pedro) — Restaurant in Nuevo León

We went for lunch, This place is so popular and there was a long queue, and we were told to expect half an hour wait. Valet service was very expedite and, to my surprise, we were seated without delay, maybe because we were only 4 persons, mostly parties were 6 up. This place is huge, but there's an army of waiters and busboys that make you feel they are exclusively attending you. We received menús, and were promptly provided with drinks, which range from simple bottled beers and softdrinks, to elaborated cocktails. What we asked was supplied almost immediatly. Everything on the menú looked delicious, we finally decided on a whole huachinango, a seafood stuffed fish fillet, an assorted seafood dish and a shrimp salad. All portions were humongous, we had a hard time finishing ours. Although we were offered doggy bags, we declined 'cause we were so satisfied. They have a wide assortment of desserts, but we didn't have space for anything more, so we asked for the bill, which was so moderate we checked it twice. I definitily...

The restaurant is a Seafood trendy restaurant in a very nice spot. The place is huge and it has a spectacular scenary. The view from the panoramic stage of the restaurant is simply spectacular.

Dishes are well dressed and flavor is good; BUT the service has a lot to improve. If you want to order, you must plan ahead and anticipate and place your order in advance so you don't interrupt the cadence in your meals. The service is SLOW. Perhaps it was because I went on a Wednesday and I was surprised to see it got full. (Perhaps because it was paycheck day). This seems to be a trendy place to go, so it's best to make a reservation by the window.

Another highlight to remark was that Valet parking personnel consumed almost 1/8 of my gas because the evening was quite hot and this person must've cooled off in my car leaving the A/C running for a long time, perhaps while the whole time I was in the restaurant.

To say the truth, I was expecting more of my experience and I was a bit disappointed that such a nice place was making such...

I have to mention the service...... It was amazing. Waiters were so attentive.

I was overwhelmed by the menu. It had so many options....too many. HOWEVER.....the detail and creativity they put on their dishes is applauded.

Taco - pescado de pastor, which was filling and also tasty. The flavours all came together and was so enjoyable. One of best fish tacos I've ever had.

Taco machaca de Marlin con queso a la plancha. Wow.....that nice char on the taco with an abundant amount of Marlin cooked on the grill was fantastic.
