The Food Box — Restaurant in Nuevo León

I would like to first note; my friends I was with spoke perfect Spanish, we were kind, and we never caused any trouble. We came on Saturday night around 9 PM. To start, the food was fine, but pricey. When we got there, servers were just standing around on their phones and not seating us. The service during the rest of the time was terrible. Our table was dirty upon being seated. We waited forever for someone to take our order. They got the order wrong but we ate it anyway to avoid any issues. Then they never came back to our table, even though it was not busy at all. We finally started calling our waiter over and raising our hands, and the waiter would ignore us. We asked for our check 3 times and they believed we already got it, which started a lot of miscommunication. "Overrated" fue mi personal opinión sobre el lugar, quizás soy más de barrio y prefiero las hamburguesas sencillas con olor a carbón y de carne normal pero estas me dieron hasta algo de asco por lo condimentadas pero lo que más me molestó fue el tiempo de entrega de la comida. Hoy viernes 5 de enero a las 2:30 llegamos al lugar y la comida se entregó a las 3:45. Entiendo que son horas pico pero un buen restaurante está preparado para ello. El mesero se notaba estresado y la verdad nos daba un buen servicio pero creo que no los han capacitado lo suficiente pues al ver nuestra molestia lo único que se le ocurrió fue ofrecernos juegos de mesa. ¿Cómo se le ocurre darnos juegos de mesa cuando lo que queríamos era comer YA?. Terminó trayendonos un plato de boneless y uno de papas fritas que para nada era suficiente pues eramos 12 personas y solo nos dio más hambre. Al entregarnos la comida la gota que derramó el vaso fue que solo el 5% de los pedidos se entregaron correctamente, a los demás nos tocaron otro tipo de alimentos.
