Avoid this place at all costs because they deserve nothing.

What a horrible place with HORRENDOUS service. The food was average at best. Fries were served cold and stale. That was far from the worst though, when asking for the check they inform us you can only pay with cash. As we didn't have enough cash on us, two (out of four) of us had to walk 30 minutes to the closest ATM late at night beside a busy freeway (no sidewalks or lights). That ATM turned out to be out of service, so I explain to the waiter the ATM isn't working and try to consult him what to do (I offered to give all the cash I had, leave my passport, number etc. and come back tomorrow after we'd hopefully had a chance to find a working ATM). He merely walked off pissed without a word, served other people for some time, before finally coming back with, guess what, a PIN machine?!! How rude can one be. Customer service is non-existent. It's clear they want "black" money so they don't have to pay taxes and make their customers walk 30 minutes one way in the middle of the night for absolutely no (good enough) reason. The waiter even had the gall, gumption and audacity to ask, nay, DEMAND, a tip..!

Me and a friend of mine stayed in puerto for 2 weeks. During May and June, it is too hot here to do literally anything. We stayed in a hostel where the cleaning ladies turned off the air conditioning at 8 in the morning. Our solution to this: buy a universal remote for the air conditioner so that you take matters into your own hands. The other relief during this vacation is this place. They are friendly and the food is value for money. They either play a classic movie on their 65-inch flat screen, or 2004-2008 bangers (justin timerlake or black eyed peace). Our advice: buy a borrito con pollo, and enjoy the great atmosphere this place...

If I could give this place 0 zeros I would be a happy man, from the beginning I felt unwelcome and unsafe. The head waiter was intimidating and unpleasant to deal with. The food was appalling and felt like it was made for a dog on a good day. At the end of the meal the waiter tried to overcharge me and became hostile when I pointed this out to him. The waiters than came ofer and tried to surround and confront us when we left the restaurant. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, please avoid...
