The Urban Roll Sushi — Restaurant in Oaxaca

Workers were great and attentive and the food court was quaint but If you're looking for quality sushi, it's not here. Rice was not fresh and was undercooked. Hardly any fish with your rolls. Rice to fish ratio was not good. Way too much rice. The eel in my roll was smaller than the size of my pinky nail. The fresh roll was wrapped with cucumber and does not pick up well and will fall apart. Wasabi and ginger are available but you have to request it.
