It’s a buffet but they are so stingy. They have someone on the other side of the line just watching you take the food it’s very uncomfortable. La comida es deliciosa!!!! El buffet no tiene casi variedad, es muy limitado, en postre solo hay 2 sabores de gelatina, en verdad es limitado, pero, aseguro que lo que prueben va estar rico. Ahora como es el trato....inicialmente cuando pides buffet te pide que pagues primero, OJO: SI PAGAS CON TARJETA TE COBRAN EL 5% DE COMISION, podemos decir que no es mucho, pero, eso esta prohibido y se puede levantar un reporte a la PROFECO. El servicio es PÉSIMO, tratan de ser amables, pero en realidad se presionan tanto por la falta de meseros, que terminan siendo groseras y si fuera poco, nunca estan, para pedir un refresco tuve que levantarme y pedirlo en caja. Tienes la opcion de entrar a la piscina que esta en el lugar que viene con el pago del buffet, yo planeaba comer un poco y luego meter un rato a la piscina, pero sin si quiera pedirlo, llego una mesera a cobrarme los refrescos que habia pedido, sin que le pidiera la cuenta ni nada. Practicamente te sientes corrido del lugar!
