During our recent stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise, we embarked on an unparalleled culinary adventure at Amaranto, the buffet restaurant that truly surpassed our expectations. With its diverse offerings of Hawaiian, Mexican, international, British, and pizza cuisines, it provided an extraordinary dining experience. It is with great pleasure that I share my five-star review of this remarkable culinary haven.

From the moment we stepped into Amaranto, we were enveloped by an inviting atmosphere, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The restaurant's spacious layout, elegant decor, and warm ambiance contributed to an enjoyable dining experience. Amaranto is an excellent buffet with a huge selection of food. Operating hours are very generous, accommodating both early birds and night owls. The many dinning rooms offer slightly different ambiences all inspired by a French Cafe/Bistro. The Air Conditioning is weak, and sometimes unnoticeable during peak lunch hours on hot days. (Still bearable)

The buffet features many standard dishes available everyday along with rotational dishes that change based on the nightly theme. There’s a huge variety to cater to everyone including Vegetarian dishes, and Pescatarian dishes.

Staff are very attentive to food allergies and dietary requirements. Before bringing you to your table they always ask about allergies and offer their assistance in navigating the buffet.

Waiters are always on hand to serve you drinks and clear away your table. Overall an excellent buffet with many hardworking...

This was our first all inclusive resort, so there isn’t a lot to compare it to for us.. we overall thought it was fairly good, and an excellent backup if you’re unable to get reservations at any of her numerous other restaurants.

Breakfast 4.5/5 (custom omelette station is amazing!)

On some days they have custom juice blending which is great. Nice selection of fresh fruit and great hot chocolate.

Lunch and dinner is less notable for us as we tried to eat at each restaurant at least once and didn’t come back to the buffet for lunch or dinner very frequently.

Will mention that many of the desserts are very photogenic, however 99% are lacking in flavor or quality consistency.

Many.. many bready items - to get one’s moneys worth try and stay away from these types as they fill you up quickly.
