Extremely disappointed. I called about a day pass and they said it was no problem. We arrived and they made us wait forever at the gate to see if day passes were available. Then we waited another 20 minutes at the check in counter just to be told they wanted to hold our passports at the front desk in an unsecured location. They would not take a cash deposit with pictures of our passport or anything else. My daughter has no other ID option as she is a child and I was not willing to hand over these documents. The slides are divided into 3 areas. Each is fenced off from the others. Having 2 kids that are allowed to only go to different sets of slides makes it a lot more difficult for parents. If you think that you can work around it by going down the adult slides with your small kids, too bad. Also they closed the poolside bar in the water park and don't allow alcoholic beverages inside. Kind of a bummer bit overall its a family friendly resort and my kids...

I was thinking to stay here as it looks to have very beautiful grounds however after reading the reviews, almost all of them have had something bad to say about the food, one video on youtube was a woman saying food has been seen floating in the pool 😳 and one review cockroaches in the room!! It is a shame as I was set on staying here but think I will take my money elsewhere until this place improves then I maybe will give it a chance and come in...
