Amazing restaurant, service, and quality of food. The staff was pleasant and quick just like the rest if this resort. Even at the end, the hostess came up to us as we were waiting for the elevator and asked how they could improve. I could easily tell that this restaurant is constantly trying to have an elevated customer experience. The food was also outstanding, I enjoyed the chefs special which was three different types of pasta which was amazing. Fir the main meal I had a lovely tbone steak with vegetables. Even with the steak, our waitress saw that it looked medium well even without me mentioning it or even having my first bite. She immediately got me a perfect cut within the next 2 minutes (not exaggerating). For dessert I had a lovely cheesecake which was smooth and cream with the perfect crunchy, chocolate crust. Even with a slight mouth injury to someone on my family, the staff was extremely helpful by recommending smooth soups that could be eaten with a straw and bringing a mini spoon that could fit through her bandaid. The only small complaint I would have that was no fault of the staff, was the constant screening and crying of babies with parents just laughing at it instead of dealing with it outside. I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Arrezo Restaurant in The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences multiple times during my stay, and each visit has been truly exceptional. On my first visit, our server, Armenta, provided outstanding service, making us feel welcomed and ensuring every detail was perfect. On a later visit, Carlos took care of our table with the same professionalism and warmth, creating another memorable experience. Both servers went above and beyond, even entertaining the kids, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the meal.

The menu at Arrezo is thoughtfully curated, featuring delicious options like beef, chicken, ham, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. The seafood, in particular, was a standout! I also appreciated the thoughtful arrangement for kids to start eating early, which gave the adults time to savor each course—from appetizers to main dishes and finally, the incredible desserts.
