LAURA NO ESTA — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

We tried this restaurant for the first time today and were seriously impressed by the food and service!

I had the chilaquiles con pollo with salsa roja, and it was delicious. The salsa had great depth of flavor – not spicy on its own, but they brought salsa matcha and salsa morita to the table so you can dial up the heat to your liking. The chicken was moist, and I loved the touch of red onions on top. I requested no dairy due to dietary restrictions, and they were happy to accommodate.

I also ordered a jugo verde, which was super fresh and refreshing – a perfect complement to the meal.

My husband had chilaquiles con arrachera with half salsa verde and half salsa roja, and he couldn’t stop raving about how fresh, tender, and flavorful the arrachera was. He also had a licuado de fresa and really enjoyed it.

Venía buscando plata y encontré Oro, el primer platillo que probé fue un caldo de res, con eso tuve para hacer de este agradable lugar, uno de mis lugares principales para llegar a comer a Playa del Carmen. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Modifico mi puntuación por lo siguiente.

Si bien, el segundo día que lo visite me pidieron calificar mi experiencia en el lugar, lo hice de buena manera y de buena fe, esperando continuar teniendo un buen servicio en general.

Seguí consumiendo en el lugar por más días, porque está rico, sin embargo los últimos días ya no fue como los primeros, los primeros días "algo más que se le ofrezca", etc . El último bien lo recuerdo, me quedé con hambre y esperaba que se acercarán a ofrecerme algo más y no sucedió, en fin cuando se acercó a la cocina la encargada o dueña fue cuando le pedí unos molletes.

Es importante que tengan presente que los que pedimos factura es porque comprobamos gastos, o para el fin que sea ya es cosa de uno, así como ustedes esperan una buena recomendación nosotros esperamos buena atención y servicio, no mandar un whats sin ser respondido, y si solicitamos factura es porque la necesitamos a la brevedad posible no hasta que resuelvan el problema de sus contadores.

Para estar rogando que me emitan mi factura mejor evitaré este tipo de lugares, es una falta de atención enorme no dar respuesta a un cliente, porque se pierde la satisfacción y ojo no estoy pidiendo respuesta inmediata, simplemente responder.

Pensaba ir a conocer el lugar que ustedes mismos me recomendaron "Los choriceros de Toluca" aquí en playa del Carmen, pero si va a ser el mismo problema con las facturas, es mejor no acudir.
