El Mirador — Restaurant in Puebla

I gave the place 1 star for service because my waitress Noemi was rude. I asked her if she had a paper menu and she said she didn’t. I proceeded to ask what appetizers they had available and she said they had some type of potato to which I asked what that consist of and she said “es una papa entera” and that was all. Even after I asked what the potato had she said the same thing again. I got no napkins… no one checked to see if I needed anything else. Since no one checked on me I had to get up, walk to the counter and asked if I could pay my bill. Un desastre en todos los sentidos. Pedimos dos hamburguesas, y dejando de lado que nos las trajeron con 10 minutos de diferencia (cosa que tampoco nos importa demasiado), el gran problema es que la hamburguesa de 265$ con tocino, queso, guacamole etc le faltaban la mitad de los ingredientes a ambas. Mi pareja empezó a comer y no se dio cuenta, yo al decirlo, al principio dijeron que no, que la hamburguesa no llevaba tocino y que estaba todo. Al chequearlo en el menú, asumieron que la hamburguesa no tenía ni queso ni tocino, nos ofrecieron traer los ingredientes por separado (para montarlos con la hamburguesa ya hecha y que se quedaría fría, por lo que rechazamos para no demorar más, siempre con buena actitud pues entendemos que puede haber un error). Luego la encargada se disculpó y dijo que la mesera tendría que habernos explicado que la hamburguesa era de tocino (para nada era lo que ponía en la carta, y en todo caso faltaban muchos más ingredientes). Para nuestra sorpresa, en lugar de hacer algún gesto ante dos hamburguesas que les faltaba la mitad de los ingredientes, cobran el coste total y además se ofenden por no dejar propina. The only redeeming quality about this place is the treetop level terrace. The shrimp sandwich (torta de camarón) was barely bigger than a McDonalds Happy Meal burger.
