Kuro Casa de Sushi — Restaurant in Puebla

This is the second time I visit Kuro, the first time it was alright, although the food took forever to arrive, understandable as it was during their opening week. This second time around, the wait was shorter, because the restaurant was empty, and I can understand why! I ordered the New York Teppanyaki and the taste of the beef was disgusting, it had absolutely no flavour whatsoever and was very chewy. On top of that, they put what seemed like Tajin on top of everything, which should have come an a optional side. The noodles were also very bland and flavorless, and as if that wasn't enough their service is horrible. The main waiter or chef, or whoever it was that was at the bar had the worse attitude, as if he was doing me a favor by serving my food. I greeted and thanked him for my food and he didn't even turn around to face me or answer my greeting or a simple "you're welcome". They should invest what money they wasted on fixing up the place on happy welcoming staff, I think the problem is that they think their restaurant is high end (it isn't) and only treat white upper class people nicely, not anyone that doesn't fit the stereotype of what a well-off person looks like. The food takes sooooooooooo long to prepare. I ordered my food at 4:56 its 6:18 and they are still prepping the food. the estimated arrival time keeps getting longer and longer and I am not sure it'll even show up before I start work. Tenía altas expectativas por los comentarios que leí pero salimos muy decepcionada, al llegar una de las meseras iba a poner las cartas sobre la mesa sucia, le tuve que pedir que antes de ponerlas sobre la mesa la limpiará, sólo una vez se acercaron para tomar la orden (primero pedimos algo de entrada), no nos ofrecieron bebidas, les tuvimos que hablar todo el tiempo para que nos acercaran servilletas, bebidas, poder pedir los platos fuertes, porque las meseras no tenían iniciativa, pedí una sopa miso y llego fría, a mi hija le salió un cabello en el ramen, el sabor de la comida no nos agrado; tambien les falta higiene, estábamos sentadas frente a la barra y al parecer el bartender abrió el congelador y salió un olor muy desagradable, a lo cuál le pregunté a la mesera qué era ese olor tan fuerte y desagradable y me dijo que no sabía, (en verdad olia muy feo, cómo a podrido); por obvias razones no...
