Myself and my friend decided to pop into this establishment as it looked quite nice from the outside. upon entering we found the staff to be very polite and made us feel very welcomed. Not being from Mexico, our waiter took the time to ask us both what types of things we like to eat and then recommended certain dishes from the menu that he thought we would both enjoy. The food was cooked very well and the smell and aroma from our selection, we both found ourselves ordering more food than we could both eat. We both found David to be very sincere, genuine and always greeted us with a smile. Our over all experience was amazing and we would both like to thank mainly David once again for his kindness and I would highly recommend this restaurant not just for the lovely food and atmosphere but most importantly... for the level of the customer service and hospitality we both received from David. Today, I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a matcha with no sweetener, yet what I got was overly sweet and undrinkable, with added sugar after asking of it was prepared like that. When I asked for a replacement, they brought out the worst Americano I’ve ever had—it tasted like instant coffee. Quite surprising for a $USD 4 drink. To top it off, they still charged me for the matcha because it was the most expensive item on the menu.
I wasn’t the only one dissatisfied. My companion ordered a hot chocolate, and not only did they charge for it, but also for the milk used to prepare it—nonsensical.
The worst part wasn’t even the drinks. The food took forever to arrive, and despite the cheap menu, the quality was subpar. This was my second visit, but it will definitely be my last. I spent 600 MXN here, which could have been better spent on an amazing...

Fui a este lugar, por que queríamos un buffet para desayunar y la verdad es una decepción! 👎
Para empezar esperamos cerca de 40min y nos asignaron mesa, pero nunca nos dijeron que teníamos una mesera asignada. Comenzamos a pedir a los meseros que pasaban y llegó a reclamar nuestra mesera que debíamos pedirle a ella, pero fue grosera en la manera de decirlo!
La comida era súper sencilla, sin sabor y no resurtian constantemente, había un chico (amable) que te sirve la comida en porciones muy pequeñas y pides otro poco y hasta parece que no te quieren servir, aparte de todo fría la comida.
Su lona a la entrada menciona que es el buffet más completo de Puebla, que gran mentira!!
Menú: huevo revuelto, huevo revuelto con jamón, huevo revuelto con frijoles, nopales navegantes, frijoles refritos, brócoli con queso, albóndigas y cochinita. Fruta: sandía sin sabor Dos tipos de cereales con leche Tres sabores de aguas frescas (sin sabor y asentadas) Café de olla ya endulzado Pan dulce (feo) que cobran aparte Quesadilla de huitlacoche (anexo foto de la quesadilla que sirvieron) (es una grosería) Pellizcadas (del tamaño de una galleta tartina) y pedí 4 solo llevaron una La verdad muy mal la comida, el precio no es acorde, hay buffet de 100 pesos con mejor sabor, atención y variedad. La verdad si lo comenté con el encargado y se mostró amable, escuchó con atención y trato de solucionar. Pero pues la verdad la comida deja mucho que desear… Te dan la cortesía de una hora de estacionamiento, ya sea con Parkimovil o boleto!
