Madison Grill Puebla — Restaurant in Puebla

Was super happy to find a new steak house to try out in a modern decor setting with a shop inside selling steaks, drinks, cheese and sauces.

The Ambience is good with both a terrace and indoor seatings.

The service was fine and the manager was friendly but the model of the restaurant is to upsell you on the alcohol menu. They were very persistent in wanting you to take drinks packages or open a bottle of wine. This was a big turn off as we didn't want to drink at lunch that day and was not making the experience pleasant.

As it was a Steak House, was looking forward to the steak (Sonora) however it wasn't as good as I expected and the fried Tacos were just lots of flour tortillas with little meat inside. Feels very hard and greasy. Very disappointed. Also we wanted to order the baby back ribs but they said sorry the ribs and chicken package is available only as the chef prepared it in that manner already. Feels very strange as they were pushing us to take a cambo or package again.

The waiter were doing his job well but he wasn't very friendly and placing food on table as if we were at a fast food restaurant. Was very surprised with this kind of service.

At the end of the meal they gave you a lucky draw card for a chance to win something from the shop. I guess this was a good way to draw customers to the shop before leaving. Great idea and we won a piece of 500g steak raw or cooked to take home. Very generous of them and appreciate.

Overall was disappointed with the food and the eagerness in pushing you to take packages which made the dining experience not pleasant. Not sure...

On a Wednesday night it's quiet. We were quickly seated for a table of 5. The place is huge, with a loft feel and industrial furnishing. It's great for groups and families. The waiter came quickly to take our drink orders. Service is on point with him answering our questions. Because it is their anniversary, there's a special of biuy 1 burger get 1 free. So my friends got burgers and I got grilled salmon. The chef gracefully replaced the baked potatoes with grilled vegetables for me.

The salmon cooked as asked, medium and with the pineapple salsa, it was delicious and fits my current eating plan. 2 more friends joined and the waiter took their orders quickly and served them. We all shared a flan which was creamy with a cheesecake like texture. Very yummy.

We plan to come back and try...

Asistí con una alta expectativa el pasado viernes por recomendación a este lugar. Hamburguesas malísimas, porción de carne y sin sabor.. una miseria. Papas a la francesa muy poca cantidad y su sistema de cocción a freidora.... reprobados, captan más aceite internamente el producto por la temperatura del aceite, muy abajo del correcto. Lo único bueno es su pan..... Papá al horno...... Ufff en verdad solo les preguntaría si eso le darían a sus familiares o amigos. Papa sin sabor solo hervida, creo yo que hasta el final era tocino desidratado pero de muy baja calidad. Lastima de lugar aunque está bien ubicado JAMAS volvería ni mucho menos lo recomendó.

Hay personas de saco gris con una diadema entre las mesas, sinceramente no.se cuál sea su función, uno de ellos me atendió pero de forma irónica solo me argumento... Lo checo.

Y este comentario es para esa persona, el ofrecer un postre gratis no ayuda de nada mi estimado....no se trata de cállese y olvídelo.

Una capacitación a estás personas no les vendría mal.

Tienen un tema en.su cocina, contraten a gente profesional que pueda ayudarlos, es una tristeza que no tengas respeto al comensal ni a la cocina.

Y por último, los que amamos a la cocina, no son un cliente más , vendemos experiencias para atraer y enamorar los paladares de los más importantes y que son nuestra razón de ser.
