Mexican Harvest — Restaurant in Puebla

This is a cafe right at the entry of the Triangle Mall. While there are Starbucks in the mall, it was nice to support something more local. It was a quiet Monday afternoon so we selected a table inside because it was warm outside. We were greeted a few times as we entered the cafe. The waitress was helpful to answer our questions as this was our first time. Since I had a cappucino earlier, I decided to go with Iced Pineapple Coconut Matcha drink. The best place I've ever taken a coffee. I had a "black honey" coffee grains in a chemex method... It was a part of heaven!! If you want to taste all the flavours from grains in your cup, this is the right place for you!! Try a very good Mexican coffee grains varieties. Comentario 2023: Servicio: 5 Alimentos: 5 Ambiente: 4 Fui nuevamente al lugar y la experiencia fue completamente diferente a la primera vez. La comida MUY rica (lasagna de temporada navideña) y las bebidas preparadas con mucho cuidado. El mesero se acercó y me dijo que esperaban que esta nueva experiencia hubiera sido de mi agrado y que intentaban tomar mucho en cuenta las sugerencias y comentarios de los clientes… y que lamentaban que mi primera visita no hubiera sido buena. Los terminé por felicitar y me reconfortó que el comentario anterior lo hubieran tomado con profesionalismo y madurez.

Comentario 2022: Servicio: 1 Ambiente: 3 Cuando llegamos esperamos 15 minutos porque no había nadie en el lugar. Cuando llegó la persona que atendía pedimos carta de alimentos y nos dijeron que ya no tenían porque no se vendía mucho (aunque en su sitio web siguen estando los alimentos) a lo que sugerimos que lo quitaran entonces pues habíamos venido exclusivamente para eso. Pedí un flat white y un red honey en sifón y me dijo que no podían hacerme el segundo pues no estaba capacitada ni tenía permitido usarlo. Que solo lo podía prepara el barista que llegaba en la tarde.

Les recomiendo capacitar a su personal o no dejar a alguien con poca experiencia atendiendo un lugar que supuestamente prepara café de especialidad. Y contratar más gente para poder ofrecer un servicio a la altura de su promesa.
