The restaurant has been run by four generations of Diaz women for 100 years and it feels that way. They work with love and care with the best ingredients, wonderfully cooked. The flavors are exceptional. It is truly a family restaurant. They have traveled around the world and know what quality is. It was my go to restaurant while I was in Puebla. And I will be back. 🙏❤️👏👏👏🌟😎
