Absolutely terrible place with rude staff and ridiculous service. Came here to grab a coffee and cheesecake to take away as there was a promotion on the menu for 100MXN. I asked one of the staff and they confirmed that there was a promotion. I waited, and waited and waited and was told the cooks were busy (it's a cheesecake, not a meal!). After finally receiving my order I was told it was 138MXN. When I asked about the promotion the girl looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and said it is an old menu. When I paid she then said she had no change for a 500MXN bill and that I should go and find change myself. The restaurant was full by the way. Eventually she gave me change, by throwing it down on the counter.

Management need to train their staff. And staff need to be taught about logic.

Avoid this place at all costs.

In the end, the coffee was mainly froth and the cheesecake frozen.

Much cheaper, better quality places with staff that actually know about customer service. Get rid of the shoulder shrugging....

Last Sunday my family and I decided to have breakfast at this restaurant. Inside it's nice, but kind of dark, better to take a seat at the window. The service was attentive and quick. They have a main menu, menu for kids and monthly offers at a reasonable price which include the main dish, coffee and juice/fruits. I liked my breakfast ( omelette with vegetables and panela cheese). The amount of food was pretty enough for me to feel full for 5 hours. We also bought a box of doughnuts (with the offer 6×99 $). They were quite good. But the bathroom looked terrible: dirty and didn't have any paper. I believe it is worth having meals at this restaurant, but if buying it at a monthly offer. Otherwise the prices...

It's a classic to have lunch and dine at VIP's. Their menu is ok and consist of some traditional meals and continental breakfast options. Portions are good. I highly recommend to check on peak hours on weekends, its location allows for a lot of transit. Sadly, you may observe that there's few waiters when peak hours come, it's not the staff's fault but the administration that causes disconfort to customers for not implementing better strategies for peak hours.
