THE best food spot in Puerto Morelos! Of course it is in the eye of the beholder and some might argue there to be other places quite high up on everybodys lists, but you can not beat this experience, trust me. We were lucky enough to score a table right when visiting the first time and had been there every other day during our two week holiday. You will be received with a warm welcome, the team just enjoy having and hosting you, quick with tips if you can't decide thanks to the huge selection. Drinks are quite amazing, right off the bat. I urge you to have at least nachos with guacamole for starters, it is hands-down the best guac we had (and we tried quite a few). Whatever else you should chose, will be cooked up fresh on either the grill or kitchen and one dish more mouth watering than the other. We had them all, quesadillas, tostadas, tacos, you name it, we had it and heaps of it! The team is just a bunch of warm, friendly and amazing people, even if we just came by for drinks, they were happy to see us, chat and yeah - sing later on! Best Michelada of our 2 week trip, and we had at least 30 different ones on our vacation. Tamarind and spice made for a delicious beautifully presented drink. Food was very good, location was right on the street but quiet.

Owner/main guy was very informative and kind, spoke fluent English, and explained every dish with pictures. Waitress spoke no English but was super friendly and nice. I speak enough that we didn't need Google translate. But for non Spanish speakers, she had the app open and ready to use in case it was needed.

Prices were aligned with all the other touristy eateries, I would say prices were fair. Again, order the Michelada beer ( but be sure you like the idea of a spiced salty beer!). Stumbled on this place this time which was our 2nd visit to Puerto Morelos. The owner was extremely nice and made us feel very welcomed. Explained all the food and the menu. Excellent customer service. Ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. He was showing his 15 year old son the ropes while we were there..which btw the son was so polite and did a great job also. Proud papa for sure. Food and drink was above and beyond.
