Being from the US on an extended trip through Mexico, I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. Eating tacos, tlayudas, etc everyday got me a bit tired palette-wise, and got me feeling a bit homesick. So what you'll find here is the Westernized Chinese food that you get in the US - think Beef Broccoli and Sweet & Sour Chicken that favors the sweet.
The most expensive item on the menu is 60 pesos for 3 items in addition to fried rice and noodles. It's enough food that it can suffice as your only meal for the day. It's good value with that familiar flavor.

The best thing I could say about this place is at least it didn't make me sick. I had the 3 meat combo with fried rice and Chow Mein. My guess is everything was cooked in the same old oil. Flavorless and soggy. The place just looked sad. It was cheap! But then again. So was the food. Go anywhere else....
