McDonald's — Restaurant in Querétaro

I was NOT pleased the bathroom!!!! It is unisex and that is just begging for long term trouble…. Like my food was lukewarm when they gave it to me and given the cold AC it was cold almost right away.

I went to the counter and bought 103 pesos worth of product. I paid with 200 and she asked if I had three pesos to make her change easier…. I said no because I didn’t have any change, so in response to that she gave me 47 pesos in one peso coins…. A 50 peso bill and 47 one peso coins! Today, 21 April 2022, we arrive to eat in and the first thing we are told..."sorry we don't have fries" One goes to McDonald's for burgers and fries, so that's a 50% fail. Ridiculous. How about "sorry you came for nothing, lunch is on us today!" Some sort of gesture would have been helpful. Especially sad for the children so excited to eat their burgers and fries with ketchup.

But the service here was very good the one time I went to this location. They have plenty of staff so things seemed to run smoothly and my food was ready in less than 5 minutes.
