Piix cafe — Restaurant in Querétaro

Enjoyed this restaurant when I tried it a year or two ago - but it's changed. The quality is no longer there. The food and espresso in the past were excellent, and well-served; not this time. Stingy, unsavory portions and watery espresso. Not sure why it has changed; I asked if they were under new ownership or had a new chef, but the waitress only said they switched up the menu a few months back. Whatever it was, it's a shame - used to be good, no longer. They clearly don't care. Not...

In general the experience was bad, fries and wedges feel like if they were fried, then frozen and refried again so they are between crispy and gummy and too salty. The lettuce was not fresh and the salad had weird combination of flavours. The chapata was super salty and didn’t have flavour at all. Maybe we just picked the worst of the menu but I really doubt that the rest of the menu is good. The interior is cute, but the chef should be replaced....

El día de hoy asistimos, éramos 5 personas y la gerente o persona a cargo, nos atendió en un inicio un chico de lentes, por lo cual nos dijo que en la parte de abajo estaba lleno y de un momento a otro se desocupo una mesa, y nos dijo que nos quedáramos en la parte de abajo en una mesa para 4 personas donde si bien saben sería exageradamente incómodo un lugar así, por lo cual se lo hicimos saber al mesero que estaba atendiéndonos y le fue a preguntar a una chica morena y baja de estatura, la cual nos empezó a hacer caras y poner peros, el punto aquí es de que accedió y nos mandaron a Terraza y nos dijo que teníamos el tiempo contado para estar en terraza ya que si una mesa se desocupaba nos tendríamos que bajar, muy prepotente llego a decirlo la chica. Nos dejó en terraza más de 10 min., nunca subieron a tomarnos nuestra orden y decidimos, cuando bajamos y nos vieron un chico moreno, un tanto gordo se empezó a burlar con la gerente y la gerente se volteó fingiendo que no nos veía, por lo cual le dijimos: buenas noches y que es una pésima atención lo que nos...
