Sky Garden Roof Top Bar — Restaurant in Querétaro

Avoid this place!

This was by far the worst bar experience I’ve had in Mexico and honestly, anywhere. We were charged a cover fee with the promise of entertainment (dancers, supposedly), but nothing ever happened. We were literally the only guests there, and the service was beyond disappointing. Our waiter spent most of the time on his phone or chatting with other employees instead of checking on us.

What’s even more frustrating is that they take your money upfront for a cover, then don’t even bother to provide decent service or atmosphere. The whole place felt sad and empty, with none of the energy you’d expect from a rooftop bar in Querétaro.

There are so many nicer rooftops and sky bars in the city with great views, good drinks, and genuinely welcoming service. I strongly recommend skipping this place, tourists especially should avoid it and spend their time and money somewhere that actually...

Drinks are incredibly sugary and have fake flavors probably due to the syrups they are using. Been to over 100 cocktail bars / restaurants in Mexico and these were the worst drinks my friend and I had tasted. Food was ok. Def nothing special. Tuvimos una pésima experiencia durante nuestra primera visita, no regresaría ni recomiendo a Sky Garden. Llegamos un sábado alrededor de las 18:20 PM, solicitamos nuestras bebidas y nachos, después llegó el mesero a informarnos que ya no habían nachos. Luego pedimos hamburguesas y esperamos unos minutos, llegó nuevamente el mesero a informarnos que ya no tenían carne, detalle que nos debieron de haber notificado en cuanto pedimos las hamburguesas (que gran parte del menú contenía carne). Por lo que pedimos que ya se cerrara la cuenta para retirarnos e irnos a comer a otro lado, después llegó el Gerente o Administrador del lugar a decirnos que no nos podían "cancelar" la orden porque ya se estaba preparando... ¿Qué se estaba preparando si no había carne para nuestras hamburguesas? La carne se terminó 2 hrs después de haber abierto, eso demuestra una pésima planificación de inventario y administración del lugar. Nos dijeron que era debido a que ya habían tenido otros eventos previamente, aún así, conociendo esta logística de su propio negocio debieron de haber preparado el inventario para eso o de plano, no ofrecer el servicio.
