Cusco the Peruvian restaurant I always wanted to try the Peruvian kitchen and I was not disappointed...excellent presentation, fantastic flavors, great service by Rakel Ara. Francisco the Manager of the restaurant and chef Rafael and Leslie welcomed us to the restaurant. Chef Rafael created a beautiful examples of the Peruvian dishes. Rakel Cruz our waitress was phenomenal , very professional and very easy to talk to. Señor Jazz Food and Beverage Manager also visited us to see if everything was going well. Roberto the Grand’s Sommelier helped us to match the wine with our dishes. The location of the Cusco restaurant , the decor, the smell of the fresh air and sound of the ocean makes this location perfect for a romantic dinner or any different dinner where you can enjoy the beautiful sky and the quietness of the night This was our menu for tonight: 1. Traditional ceviche (appetizer ). Seabass 2 . causa limeña (appetizer) 3 . shrimp chupe (soup) 4. Chow fan rice ( main dish) 5. Beef lion .(main dish) 6 . alfajores (dessert) ---------------------------------------------- Our words of the gratitude go to Señor Rodrigo Gomez, señora Pamela for helping us to organize our entire day, everything went very smooth and without any hiccups. ...thank you very much everybody . I hope we will be able to come back soon.

Cusco is a true culinary gem at The Grand! Inspired by Peruvian flavors, the dishes are vibrant, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. From the fresh ceviches to the perfectly grilled meats and flavorful sauces, every bite was a delightful surprise. The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the dining experience special. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. If you’re looking to try something unique and full of bold, fresh flavors, Cusco is a must-visit during your stay. It’s a standout option among the many amazing restaurants at The Grand! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cuzco is a nice establishment for dinner. The breakfast and lunch buffets are also quite good- I prefer their breakfast over their lunch. For the dinner, I would recommend getting many smaller plates (their portion sizes are small, but that just gives you the stomach room to try more!) Great skewers. My pork was a little dry, but I'm not sure if it's always like that.

This hotel is amazing I booked with TUI and it was all-inclusive the room was outstanding and our room had its own spa bath in the room just overlooking the sea, we had a mini bar that was a fully stocked bar of anything you could think of and they were all 70cl bottles, we also had all the soft drinks and they were proper brands not something you never heard of before, then the bathroom it was also outstanding all marble double sinks and shower all spotless, the rooms where cleaned to the highest standard every day and the staff were lovely and very friendly and happy to help any time, there's so many restaurants to choose from my favourite was steak with plenty of pepper sauce yummy, and Loved getting it from room service, because I was so tired with all the activities I'm disable so tire easy, but the shows where very good also we went to the sister hotel and watched the Michael Jackson show he was so good I had to keep checking it wasn't him lol, this was all free there was a BBQ with what ever you wanted 🌭 🌭 chicken king prawn 🦐 🍗 🍔 🥩 also free ,and at night once a week you got to let baby turtles go near the water edge as they are being killed before they get to that stage it was amazing 😍 and I loved it I wanted to take my one home 😄, also when you we're in the resort you don't need to walk anywhere they have golf carts that pick you up and take you to what ever part of the resort you want to go to because it is massive, I also got my nails, massage and my hair done all in the one day I was so relaxed I fell asleep untill the early hours 😴, but there was always something to do or see the shows, water activities, dressing up and going out for the day on the ship all great fun from start to finish would definitely be back I will give...

This is often an overlooked restaurant at the edge of the resort, because of its location and because so many people are unfamiliar with Peruvian cuisine.

The thing is, if you are at an all inclusive resort, you can freely try exotic foods. If you make a bad choice, it doesn't cause any trouble to order something else. But it is hard to make a bad choice at Cusco. The ingredients are all sourced to be the best of the best; the cooks have all trained to get the most nuanced flavors to shine, and the menu is thoroughly curated by the executive chef to provide a beautiful flow to the meal. If in doubt, ask your waiter for recommendations.

Puru has a long coastline & many small islands; these people know fish and seafood. If you have been curious about ceviche, the wide selection here is a great place to get your feet wet.

The Andees mountains are the birthplace of both potatoes and sweet potatoes. While these are only side items served mostly as ganish, the words "potato puree" should spark happy thoughts. Feel free to request extra.

If you like tender meat, consider the suckling pig (pork's answer to veal) or the duck. Both are often underappreciated proteins in the USA.

No gourmet meal is complete without dessert. Alforjores are a shortbread sandwich cookie with a dulce de leche (milk-caramel) filling. As a Latin American country, you may be suprised that Peru makes a buttery shortbread that reminds you of Scotland. Believe it or not, the UK had strong alliances in the region following independence from Spain (1821) until WW II. But honestly, there isn't a bad option in the...

We got the most AMAZING SERVICE from Jesus at Unique Day Club!! Also A great bartender José at the Caribino pool. But there are some down falls. We only had hot water for the first two days, the hot tub in our room didn't have hot water and came out orange. When I said something about it I was asked if I wanted the hottest water possible, I said of course its a hot tub. I was then told that the maintenance man put a REQUEST in for the hot water tank to be turned on!!! Also in some of the pools people were smoking and kids throwing drinks on each other in the pools we said something and we were told they are on Vacation too. For one what's the point of having designated smoking areas if you are not going to follow them and two who wants to swim in someone elses nasty backwash?!?! The food wasn't all that good either. We were actually very disappointed!! Just about every restaurant and lobby area had water coming in and not like a little, a lot! Like a waterfall!! Sure it's probably from storm damage, but when you are trying to eat and you are dodging water drops its time to do something. Who wants to eats with water dripping on them?!?! With as much money they bring in, its time to fix some things up. It would be a beautiful resorts if they fixed those things up! And plenty of things to do for the entire family. And yes I did email the resort with my issues. We spent a lot of money on our trip and all we got in return was, they will give me two complementary 50 minute massages to use within a year. Thanks but no thanks I'm not spending an additional $4,000...
