Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Never thought I would run into a group of workers being blatantly prejudice at this restaurant! My friends and I seen employees walking around the food court taking orders and trying to get people to eat at the establishment. So when they walked past us we asked if they would take our order, they replied with "You have to go to the window". we told them that we saw them taking other people's orders and why can't we just order with them? They just walked away saying "NO!" We decided to walk over and get the food. (only because I never tried JR before & and we only seen one employee walk up to numerous caucasian people, so we thought) So we order, get our food and start eating. We see a different employee taking another order at the table. We seen this go on for the duration of our meal. They would only take the order of a certain group of people. We couldn't believe it! We went to the manager named Lezly Witzil. She told us "We just try to get people to eat at our restaurant, we don't take orders" I informed her that I have a video and when I showed her, all she did was apologize. It's disgusting and sad. I'll be praying for the wicked of the world.. Food was over priced and mediocre.They don't have to worry about my money because I won't step foot in another JR. Not that they...

We were flying out of Cancun and we ordered single burger combo with rings a 5 pack of chicken fingers( 3 standard plus an additional 2 fingers to make it 5) and a smokey burger... bill came to 948 pesos... 15 min into the order number was called.. they ran out of fingers only 3 chicken fingers left... gave me my money back in American dollars....20 min later I went to the counter to check on the food... they lost the order and didn't have anymore chicken fingers to make either....they started to rush and put some of my order together I asked for my money back and went over to Guy next door (owned by the same parent company) and paid more but we had decent food. The managerial incompetence is unreal at this location. They are making money hand over fist and can't seem to get their act together. Very disappointed in the whole transaction and for the record...

2 burgers 5 chicken fingers and an order of onion rings costing $50 american or $70 canadian Is unreal for a fast food joint.

I do not recommend this location!

I certainly hope someone from their parent company has the courage to reach out. More details available for them to improve upon but likely they won't...

I read some of the previous reviews: what a tough crowd! I guess they've eaten in different airports than I have, because I really enjoyed this, the service was good and thought is was inexpensive. We stopped in here before a long flight. This Johnny Rockets is located in Cancun Airport in Terminal 2. Their menu is the same as you'd find in any of their restaurants, and they have table service. The quality is as good as you find in any other Johnny Rockets, but because this one is located in an airport, it seems fantastic. Their prices aren't inflated as you'd expect to find in most airport restaurants. I'd have to say that this one of the best meals I've ever had...
