The most amazing local restaurants with great service. Host speaks english and made good recommendations. I had the pollo pabil which is cooked underground. The meat fell off the bone and the was so juicy! Highly highly recommend. It was by far my favorite meal of our trip. We also got guacamole, the pork pabil, fresh coconut, horchata, and cocktails which were delicious as well.

Skip the busy touristy restaurant down the street (that makes you pay 60p just to park!!) and make this restaurant a must-go. I will 100% be going back to Xaibe if im ever...

The place is good infront of the lake and just beside the entrance of Coba pyramid. Come here to eat after visit Coba pyramid and before go to cenotes is a good decision. Reasonable price and good food. I ordered chochinita pibil chicken, quesadillas, and poc-chuc (local pork food). If u like soft food try the cochinita pibil because the poc-chuc is a bit hard but still amazing. They open on Christmas...

The location is just besode Coba pyramid in Tulum. Its perfect if u visited Coba in the morning and want to go Cenotes around but want to eat first. Reasonable price.
