Came here last night and had a wonderful time. From the moment you arrive, the service is the best we’ve experienced on the island. Attentive, friendly, informative, without fault. Special mention of Ari, our fabulous waiter all the way from Venezuela who was an absolute delight. The setting is also very cute and you can sit either outside at the front, inside or outside at the back. Moving onto the food, there is a tasting menu option or a la carte. We opted for a La carte and went with most of Ari’s suggestions - sashimi sea bass, Caesar salad, sea bass ajillo and chicken. All were very well flavoured and presented and the Caesar salad in particular was unique and delicious in how it’s served. The sashimi is also insanely tasty, Flavoursome and fresh. All dishes were amazing but those two dishes stood out. Highly recommend. Meal for two with water and a glass of wine each (generous pours) was 2100 pesos...

By far the most refined hotel on Holbox! Food was the best on the island. The beach and grounds beautifully maintained, A credit to the housekeeping, staff and ground maintenance staff. They pay attention to the details. Elena and Juan in the holistic center were amazing with their massages and bodywork. Sergio‘s expertise and skill managing meals and meal service is evident And Kassandra is lucky to have him. The guest services staff are ready and patient with your every need, going above, and beyond with their earnestness and concern That as a guest, your stay is full of joy. The beach staff and meal servers top-notch. The place is good for couples as well as families with small children as we saw many families with Small children. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come back, and if you wisely choose to stay there you too will...

A few days ago I was in Holbox, and my wife and I stopped to eat at this restaurant because it was very nice from the outside. We were served by Sergio and another guy whose name I don't remember unfortunately, both were super welcoming and friendly! The food was excellent, I had a fish tartare as a starter... the best I've ever eaten in my life! After days I still think about how much we had a good time in this restaurant! I would say Location 5/5 Service 5/5 Food 10/5!!!
