Go holbox transfers — Local services in Quintana Roo

I asked really nice for an offer with one stop almost on the way (26 Minutes extra driving).

As Google Maps says direct is 2:14 and with one Stop it’s 2:40. Pictures attached. This company tries to fool you. And make you look dumb. Saying you can not read Google maps.

What she did not understand that’s on the way (not back and forth) and sad it’s 1h extra. Not sure if she was not intelligent enough or want to make more money on us.

Result: They could not offer us an combined transfer. Only two separate ones. And on top of that she’s been really unfriendly with me, I only asked for the best option possible. And her response was, if you can not effort it go somewhere else.

For this small modification of the route (26 min). They still wanted an extra transfer for they’re 55$. Unbelievable!

We just recently used Go Holbox Transfers for our first trip to Holbox. We had gotten married at an all-inclusive south of Cancun and then went to Holbox for our mini-moon. They were absolutely professional and reliable throughout the whole process! They sent multiple confirmation emails after booking and just prior to transfer dates. The vans weren't fancy or brand new but they were clean and comfortable (or as comfortable as possible on those roads) and the drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. We used Go Holbox Transfers from the Cancun airport to Chiquilla to take the ferry to Isla Holbox. We also used them one week later to return. I ordered the service via email. I secured our private van with a down payment via PayPal. We were instructed the exact amount we would need to pay the driver in pesos and were given suggested amounts for tips. This was very helpful in planning our trip. Stephanie was very responsive. The guide met us at the airport right where they said he would. He was polite.
