Excellent place to start the day with breakfast, or just to stop by for an iced coffee on the way to the beach. Great dog scene too. Lots of sniffs and could definitely tell the local pups were into San Pan. We had the vegan chilaquiles (ordered mita mita, con salsa verde y la roja), and the fruit with yogurt, granola and a side of agave (included). Spectacular. The fruit bowl had chunks of papaya and pineapple throughout and bananas, blueberries and strawberries on top. The chilaquiles were my partner's first intro to breakfast in Mexico and he was stoked af. It's killer. If you're not into it, San Pancho is probably not the right town for you.

So I was walking by one day in need of breakfast and I am so glad I stopped here. I find it hard sometimes to get good vegan food and also a good “long espresso”. No problema for these guys, they made me the best long espressos and the vegan chilaquiles were delicious. The breakfast sandwich was also great and so much food they wrapped the second half for me to go. I didn’t get my servers name but she was so lovely and present and the young man who made my coffee also. I ended up eating here for breakfast three out of the four days I spent in San Pancho. Just go here it’s great!

Breakfats was disappointing, my partner ordered a smoothie bowl that had uneatable nuts instead of cashews (see photo- they were like stones - we did complain and the waitress apologized) plus service was poor since there was only waitress for all tables (who by the way didn't speak spanish, so she sttuggled with half of the customers). On the positive side they had beautiful live music.

San Pan is our new favorite restaurant in San Pancho. Very fresh, big portions, super flavorful, unique options. I had the New Day smoothie and chilaquiles which were both magnificent, my friends loved their dishes as well. They even have filtered water so you don't have to purchase bottles! Service was great, cute spot very close to the beach, fair prices. If you're looking for healthy, delicious food with great service, this...
