My partner and I had dinner here on a Friday night, and it was easily one of the best meals we’ve had in San Pancho—and we’ve been here for three weeks!
We arrived hungry and went all in, ordering both pasta dishes and pizzas. The ravioli was excellent, but the four-cheese gnocchi truly stole the show—perfectly soft, rich, and incredibly cheesy. The pizzas were just as impressive. We got the Hawaiian and Meat Lovers, both packed with great flavors and served on a thin, crispy crust that we absolutely loved. A quick heads-up—the chorizo is quite spicy, so keep that in mind if you order a pizza with it.
We wrapped up our meal with dessert, and the lava cake was an absolute standout—warm, gooey, and deeply satisfying.
Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-notch. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and it was clear they have a great connection with the local community.

A little slice of Italy on the Pacific coast. La Trattoria Toscana is one of those places you just keep coming back to—not only for its charming and authentic vibe, but because every dish is crafted with heart.
The Toscana Pizza is, without exaggeration, the best in the world. Thin, crispy crust, incredibly fresh ingredients, and a perfect balance of flavors that makes you close your eyes with the first bite.
And the tiramisu? Absolutely spectacular. Creamy, airy, just the right touch of coffee and cocoa—an unforgettable dessert.
If you’re in San Pancho, this place is a must. Truly authentic Italian food, warm service, and a space full of flavor and soul. 10/10. I’d come back...
Read moreWe had such a wonderful dinner experience at Trattoria Toscano in San Pancho! The ambience is fantastic — all outdoor seating with a lovely breeze and fans. Despite the restaurant being very busy when we arrived, the owner immediately worked to get us a table and made us feel so welcome. We ordered the Calabrese pizza, which had a perfectly cooked thin crust, and the Caprese salad, which was so fresh and tasty. The owner spoke Italian and was incredibly friendly and communicative despite the language barrier. We arrived late, and even though it was clearly closing time, he insisted we stay, finish our wine, and enjoy the evening without rushing us at all. Such warm hospitality! Highly recommend this spot if you’re...
