Bar 15 — Restaurant in Sinaloa

When we got there my wife ordered a Corona light. The waiter did not really understand english and we don't speak fluid spanish. But I thought Corona light was pretty straight forward. Anyway, he brought her a Reg Corona. So I took it back up to the bar where I was met by (who I believe to be the) Manager and he asked if he could help me. I said yes, my wife ordered a C light and she received this. He then said we don't have C light. I said ok they how about Pacifico light? He said well did you order this holding the Corona and I said NO, we ordered a C light. He said ok and had the waiter bring us a Pacifico Light. The atmosphere and drinks were really good. You can not beat this roof top sunset view!! The only thing that soured the very Zen like vibe up there was the service. Absolutely terrible service considering the atmosphere and the prices!! Getting a server to acknowledge our presence was always a chore! They had one girl working about 11 tables that were very spread around, and one "manager" looking woman who did a very good job of standing in the very back avoiding eye contact and doing any real work. We approached her asking if we could get some service to which she didn't even reply, she just went to the one very busy server and told her to come to our table. This rooftop bar is okay, it's part of Holiday Inn Resort Mazatlan where we stayed so figured I'd check it out. Although I was not happy with how long it took for us to get waited on, I gave them 5 stars because I wanted fried breaded shrimp which was not on the menu but the fact that they went out of their way to make it made me very happy!
