They do not know how to properly sear a steak and the cuts of meat are of the Walmart quality. Servers were unprofessional. They have these huge big screen TVs that only play low resolution - hilarious, laughable and pathetic. How did I end up here? I was never sure if I had a dedicated server, but one asked me for water at the beginning and never brought it to me. The carrot cake wasn't terrible. The only redemption was the one guy who was able to muster enough sense to offer me a cordial to enjoy with my dessert, the same guy that yelled across the restaurant at my other server for not bringing me butter. Not sure why they even pay a manager, or was he just the hostess? I tipped them well out of pure sympathy. This place lacks self respect and the only people that eat here do so because they are trapped in a terrible meal plan through El CID. Can't remember the first course because it was so incredibly unremarkable. If you've ever eaten at McDonald's, don't eat here - you will be disappointed as it pales...

I can't believe that we haven't been here before in all the years we have been coming to Mazatlan. And the fact that we stay right there in the El Cid development. We had a very nice dinner here. We dressed up a little bit, but there were a few in shorts and casual. My husband had the filet mignon and claimed to be the best steak he has had in Mazatlan! I did the hamburger special - such a great deal and the burger was really good! And their French fries are the best! We also had the hot wings as an appetizer. They were really good, hot and wet, just how we like them. They environment was nice, comfortable, and clean. Our server was great. And they had a lady singing live. She sang beautifully. I will recommend this place. We had a very nice experience.. I look forward...

This place provided excellent customer service with an awesome atmosphere and delicious food. There were 3 of us and we were all happy with our dishes. Tableside salsa making is fulfilled with entertaining, spicy, and full flavors. The ingredients were fresh and in perfect portions. The price is a bit on the high side but the restaurant is located in the heart of downtown. The facility is handicap friendly. Overall we enjoyed our afternoon meal...
