I’ve lived in Mazatlán for 18 months: this is by far the slowest service and worst food I’ve eaten anywhere (the guacamole was quite good) in Mexico. Several of the items weren’t touched. As my friends were eating, the waiter asked myself (the one with no food to eat) did you order anything else?” We stared! “Yeah, the Caesar shrimp salad!” 10 minutes later: “we’re defrosting the shrimp now.” I’m sitting next to AN OCEAN(the Pearl of the Pacific) waiting for shrimp to thaw for a $280 mx salad, that was so nasty. Frozen, defrosted, freezer burnt shrimp., with some dressing so nasty it probably came from a 5 gallon bucket. Then the credit card reader battery was dead, so they requested cash. Dirty bathroom, with a door that wouldn’t close, no paper towels. Don’t know how this is open

I loved this place! On a Sunday morning at 10:00AM it was near empty and the view of the beach and island in front is stunning! Service was attentive and very friendly and kind🥰I found out there was 2 menus available, one for Americans one for Mexican food and I definitely wanted the Mexican ! Ordered scrambled eggs with nopales tomatoes etc and served with beans refried and chilaquiles with guajillo salsa. The salsa tatemada was excellent and so was breakfast. Very reasonably priced at 135 pesos and generous quantities. Ordered fresh fruit with the meal, and it was also excellent. I would definitely go back!

We love Tony’s! Easy to get to, and always a clean table and chairs on the beach to use. The staff keep your beverages and food coming. Prices are fantastic! A whole day of food and drinks, table/umbrella on the beach cost us about $45 CAD! Great deal if you’re not doing an all-inclusive. The beach here is also super clean and very relaxing.

Ridiculously overrated. If you like to drink so much that you don't care if you get lousy food that is overpriced, well then, you'll love this place. Three meals, one of which arrived a half hour after the other two...because they "had to THAW the shrimp for the salad." The first was a "Cesar" salad consisting of a tiny bit of romaine lettuce, some bottled Italian dressing, and 7 or 8 mealy, frozen shrimp...no croutons or parmesan. The second was dry, way overcooked fish, and the third was a gloppy mess of a breakfast. Never received the orange juice that came with the breakfast, and the bill for a shrimp "Cesar" salad, a breaded fish filet with a half-dozen fries and a tepid bowl of soup, and a breakfast "combo," was...
