Last night, our two families of five, totaling ten of us, had the pleasure of dining at El Patron Tacos, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Lucio, the owner, made us feel right at home. He took the time to engage with each of us, especially the kids, explaining the menu in detail and ensuring everyone felt included in the ordering process.

What stood out was how Lucio personally guided the kids through their taco choices, asking if they wanted all the toppings and explaining what each one would entail. It was a wonderful touch that made the experience feel special for the little ones.

As for the food, we tried both the Al Pastor and Asada tacos, and they were bursting with flavor! Each taco was cooked to perfection, and you could really taste the care that went into preparing them.

While the location might not look like much—it’s just a container on the side of the road—don’t let that deter you. The food is fantastic, and the service is even better. If you’re in Rocky Point, make sure to stop by El Patron Tacos; you won’t be...

When we got there we were automatically greeted by the owner and his daughter. She was very nice and took our order quickly. While we were waiting for our food, the owner brought us bean and cheese quesadillas, OMG they were delicious. The food shortly came and they were sooooo finger licking good. The pastor tacos were amazing, we had to order more. There was an array of salsas and toppings, everything was fresh! The atmosphere is good with music and great conversation. Definitely coming back next time we...

The owner was great. Very chatty and friendly with us. We got there early but he set up the sitting area for us. I didn't get to take pictures of our food but everything was delicious. It was my first real quesadilla i Mexico ever and I'm glad I had it here. My husband got taco al pastor and he quite enjoyed it. And we read about the pineapple water drink and we each ordered one. It was huge and I wish we brought a mix for it 😜 over all, we're glad we went and thanks for fellow boaters...

Tacos El Patrón has some of the best street tacos I’ve ever had. Reminded me of Tacos El Gordo in Vegas. The meat was super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The al pastor was my favorite — smoky and a little sweet — but the carne asada was awesome too. The salsas were fresh and tasty, making everything even better. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were great. Lucio was awesome. If you’re in Puerto Peñasco and want some seriously good tacos, this is the spot.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this man earned one! The service was exceptional. He was friendly and treated us like royalty. We were low on cash and only had $12 on us. He let us get the food we wanted and gave us waters for free. Waited for us to pay until after and just wanted us to enjoy our food while it was fresh. The Al pastor was the best I had in Mexico! Even if the food wasn’t good (which it was!) I would come back because of how sweet the owner was.
