El Calamar Gigante Seafood — Restaurant in Sonora

I enjoyed eating here, they have a lot of seafood options here, tacos and ceviches. I had the Camaron ala Mojo del Aji. (Garlic Shrimp). It was a nicely presented dish and quite delicious, perhaps a few more shrimp for the price would be an improvement, but the flavor was spot on. Service was meh, it wasn't negative, but it was just "meh". Customers are more likely to be locals which usually is a good thing, you know the food is great. It's a small seafood restaurant with good Service; even though the food had a nice presentation, I was not quite impressed by the flavor. Tostadas squid/shrimp was about 10% squid /shrimp the rest filling cucumbers and veggies, with dry limes. The fried fish was just fried with some rice and salad on the side, but the fish wasn't marinated with some special herbs and spices. Very good spot, very fresh, and I suggest sticking to the ceviche. We got the fried fish and it was unfortunately way over cooked to the point that we didn’t eat it.
