I had the traditional soup (Pozole) and the tacos (Tacos de Cochinita). The pazole was good but those tacos —let me tell you about those tacos. Never before had I dared to dream that tacos could be this. With my first bite the heavens rolled back and hosts of angels appeared singing (in Spanish) praises to Toño and blessings upon his house, as they slowly descended into my mouth where they had a fiesta that brought unspeakable joy. I am without words. Eric had the flautas and claims they were good — something I will have to try myself. I was warned about the hot sauce but heeded it not as I tried them all, foolishly flaunting my capsacin tolerance.
